5. USE OF HOLISTICCAREPROS.COM DIRECTORY SERVICES
General
Professionals who want to be listed in our directory undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details or verification of the authenticity and ownership before providing you with any of our services. In relation to financial transactions involving charge cards or debit cards etc, we use Paypal. Please refer to their additional terms and conditions at Paypal.com.
You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Service is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Service before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a service's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Service at the correct price.
Any times or dates stated on our website for providing the Services are estimates only. HolisticCarePros.com will make all reasonable effort to provide the Services within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.

There is no guarantee against fraudulent clicks or communications (SPAM) that people may send you from finding your contact information on this website, as the prevention of such is not possible. In addition, while our goal is to promote our directory using many different marketing channels, promotion will not begin until there is a minimum of 250 doctors in the directory. We will not promote a an empty directory, or mostly empty directory, as it would be foolish to do so and reduce credibility.
Posting Content Rules
All people who submit articles to us for posting on our website or blog, must agree to and abide by the following Posting Content Rules, terms and conditions. Your use of these HolisticCarePros.com posting services indicates Your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Content you post to the HolisticCarePros.com, or submit to this site that we post on your behalf, may not contain:
- URLs or links to web sites that compete with the Site or links back to any web properties that promote your business
- trade secrets (unless you own them)
- copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright)
- content that infringes on or misappropriates any other intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
- anything that is obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
HolisticCarePros.com has the right to approve or disapprove of any content you submit at our sole discretion for what we deem as appropriate or inappropriate. We also have the right to remove any content at any time we deem necessary for any reason. You may not use your Content to:

HolisticCarePros.com has sole discretion whether to allow links in any content you provide for submission. Any links we do allow on your page, we have sole discretion as to where those links will appear in the content. At the end of any article you submit, when we post it to our site or to our blog, we can if we deem necessary, at our discretion, add a block of information related to our website, including links, brief descriptive information or other. This information will appear at the bottom of the content.
In addition, at times we SEO optimize the articles that you submit when we feel it is needed. We do this so they will be more likely to be viewed in the search engine results. When we do, we have the right and sole discretion to alter or substitute words in strategic locations when we deem necessary for this purpose.
Exclusivity Rules
Our directory promotes individual doctors and professionals (not individual clinics or offices as a whole). Our directory is "exclusive" meaning we only allow so many professionals per "state" to have a listing in our directory.
1) GENERAL. Holistic doctors inluding any one of the following: Holistic DOs, NDs and MDs will be allowed to purchase listings in this directory at this time. We may at any time in the future add to those types (e.g. add DCs, LAc, etc). There are currently only 40 slots open in each state per doctor type. And we typically don't allow more than 5-10 of any one doctor type per "county" although this is up to our full discretion.
2) COUNTY PAGES. A professional's listing will appear on the county page(s) that they provide service too.
3) CITY PAGES: Professionals will be allowed to list themselves on up to 15 city pages. These must be cities that they service and one of the cities has to be the city their office(s) reside in.
4) MULTIPLE OFFICES. If a professional has multiple offices, but one of their offices is located in another state outside of the one they signed up for, if they wish to promote that office, they must purchase an additional state listing. If the state is already full - all 40 spaces are already taken, he/she will be allowed to still pay for that listing slot in that second state (so that state will have more than the maximum allowed).
5) IF PROFESSIONALS MOVE: If a professional who is already in our directory moves to a new state, and that state is full, they will still be allowed to be listed in that state (grand-fathered in) if they wish to remain in the directory.
6) CLINIC RULES: If a clinic or office in a specific county has multiple doctors/professionals and they all want to be in our directory, the only doctors that can appear in our directory will be based on space available in the state. Just because they are all part of one clinic/office does not mean they all will be allowed into the directory. Again, this directory promotes individuals, not clinics as a whole.
NOTE: Individuals will be allowed to list the clinic they're a part of on their profile page, but will not be allowed to list other doctors on their profile page.
6. REFUND POLICY/BILLING POLICY AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL/CANCELLATION OF SERVICE POLICY
Refund Policy - Directory Service
MONTHLY PLAN
There are NO refunds (prorated or otherwise) given by HolisticCarePros.com for any monthly fees once a monthly fee has been paid for (NO PARTIAL MONTH REFUNDS). Our service bills you (Paypal charges your credit card or debit card) at the "beginning" of your monthly cycle for that given cycle. Once Paypal has charged your credit or debit card for a monthly cycle, and should you choose to cancel within that month, even if it's one day after you paid, there will be NO REFUNDS, prorated or otherwise, given for the monthly payment you've already made. THERE ARE NO PRO-RATED REFUNDS (PARTIAL MONTHS) FOR THE MONTH YOU CANCEL IN. You may stop services within that monthly cycle at any time and your account will be terminated from that day forward but no refund, partial or otherwise, will be given for that monthly cycle, once you have paid for that month.
1-YEAR PLAN
If you purchase a one-year plan, there are NO refunds (prorated or otherwise) given by HolisticCarePros.com if you wish to quit before your year is up. However, we may choose, at our full discretion, to refund or credit all or part of the remaining time left, but we are not obligated to do so.
Directory Service Cancellation Policy - Closing Your Account
To cancel your account you must contact us via email at support@HolisticCarePros.com. You MUST include the following information:
- The person's name on the account
- The name (or business name) on the credit card you originally used and the last four numbers/digits on the card (the one Paypal charges)
- Your email address on account with us
- Your phone number (best number to reach you at should we need to contact you)
IMPORTANT: The information above is "required". We do this to protect you should someone else try to close your account without your permission.
Billing Policy And Automatic Renewal
To streamline our process, our system is set up to automatically renew your subscription on your monthly or yearly renewal date.
On the MONTHLY PLAN, even though your first TWO MONTHS in our directory are free of charge, when you initially sign up, Paypal will take your credit card or debit card information at that time, but you will not pay anything until MONTH THREE begins. Beginning on the first day of the THIRD MONTH, you will automatically be charged the monthly directory fee for that month and automatically be sent an email invoice from Paypal to the email address you gave them when you first entered your payment information. Every month after that, you will be charged on that same day until you close/cancel your account with us. THERE ARE NO PRO-RATED REFUNDS FOR THE MONTH YOU CANCEL IN.
On the YEARLY PLAN, you will automatically be charged the directory listing fee when you first sign up, and then on the yearly renewal date, until you close/cancel your account with us. An email invoice from Paypal will be sent to the email address you gave them when you first entered your payment information.
If Paypal.com attempts to charge your card for the renewal fee and your card is rejected, for whatever reason (i.e. expired, no longer valid, maxed limit, etc.), your listing in our directory will be put on temporary hold and you will be notified by email from Paypal. It is your responsibility to contact Paypal to give them new or updated credit card or debit cart information. If they don't receive new or updated card information within 10 business days (FOR MONTHLY PLANS) or 20 business days (FOR YEARLY PLANS), we will close your account and shut down your listing and begin looking for another professional in your area to fill the vacancy.
Two Free Months
As an incentive, we are offering the first two months (60 days) of service free of charge for professionals who sign up for the first time to our MONTHLY PLAN ONLY. If you sign up and then quit at any time after that and then later decide to re-join this directory, you do not get the initial two months free again. Anyone abusing this policy will be immediately removed and banned from HolisticCarePros.com at our discretion.

Directory Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your directory listing at anytime if it fails to adhere to the User Terms and Conditions of this site. If we do cancel your listing, you will be notified by email at the email address you supplied us with. If this is done, you will be refunded any money that is owed you based on the terms and conditions of that subscription plan.
General
Professionals that list themselves in our directory acknowledge that we reserve the right to discontinue this service at any time without notification, that we reserve the right to modify submitted information to meet our submission and service guidelines, and that use of our service signifies complete agreement to these terms.
We promise that for any Service you purchase through our website, we have the right to sell the Service to you; the Service will correspond with the description we have given to you; the Service will be of satisfactory quality and provided with reasonable skill and care.
We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the services, our website or any information or service provided through our website. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website is accurate, but please note that all materials and information on our website are provided on an "as is" basis.
